This session is designed to help you present your work with clarity, structure, and confidence — so your application documents speak for you. In this focused 60-minute call, I’ll review your materials with you and provide practical, tailored feedback that improves both content and presentation. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to adjust and why. Who It’s For •Architecture & design students preparing applications for internships or the next academic stage •Graduates applying for their first professional roles •Junior professionals refining their portfolio for new opportunities What You’ll Get •A 60-minute live Microsoft Teams Meeting dedicated to your CV and/or portfolio •Practical, actionable advice tailored to your goals (academic or professional) •Honest recommendations on how to improve clarity, structure, and design •A follow-up written summary with feedback points and improvement steps Outcomes After the session, you’ll walk away with: •Sharper messaging in your CV and portfolio to highlight your strengths •Specific page-by-page feedback on layout, clarity, and project storytelling •Guidance on structure and flow so your portfolio feels coherent and professional Session Format •Duration: 60 minutes •Platform: Microsoft Teams Meeting •Preparation: Please share your CV and/or portfolio in advance via a cloud link •Review Process: We’ll go through your material live during the call. No edits will be made for you, but you’ll receive targeted feedback and strategies Important Notes •I don’t provide freelance or outsourced work as part of this service. You’ll leave with advice and clarity, not a completed task. •This is a coaching session, not a CV writing service or design editing commission. •This is not a step-by-step tutorial or screen-sharing session. It’s strategic coaching aimed at helping you solve the problem yourself. •Your materials must be shared at least 24 hours before your session so I can prepare effectively. •Files will be deleted 7 days after the session unless otherwise agreed.

Personal Coaching – CV & Portfolio Review (60-minute 1:1 session) By booking this session, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Nature of Service •This is a professional coaching and advisory service, intended to help you refine and improve the structure, clarity, and presentation of your CV and/or portfolio. •This is not a CV writing service, design editing commission, or outsourced design work. •This is not a technical support service or software tutorial. •This is not a freelance service — I do not work on or modify your project files directly. •You will receive guidance, advice, and recommendations based on your submitted issue and software setup. Client Responsibility •You are responsible for preparing and sharing your CV and/or portfolio ahead of the session via a secure cloud link. •You are responsible for applying any advice given during the session and evaluating whether it fits your project or workflow context. •You confirm that any files shared during booking are your own or that you have permission to use and share them. File Sharing and Data Handling •Files must be submitted via client-managed cloud links. •Files will be deleted within 7 days of the session unless explicitly requested otherwise. Cancellations or Rescheduling •Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. •Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed sessions are non-refundable. •If a technical issue arises on my side, you will be offered a rescheduled slot at no extra cost. Confidentiality •Any project information or files you share will remain confidential and will not be distributed or used for any purpose outside the training. •No project details, files, or discussions will be shared with third parties. •Sessions may not be recorded, copied, or redistributed by the client without prior written consent. •All advice, guidance, and training provided remain the intellectual property of RFWORKSPACE. Liability •The training content is advisory in nature and is provided “as is” for educational purposes only. •RFWORKSPACE creates training content with professional care, but makes no guarantees regarding project outcomes, performance, or results from its use. •RFWORKSPACE accepts no liability for project errors, losses, or damages arising from the application of the information shared.
