Sometimes you need more than peer comments or academic reviews. This session gives you the chance to step back and look at your project with the guidance of an experienced, practising architect. In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll review your work in detail and focus on up to three design issues you want to address, or conduct a full project critique to identify strengths and weaknesses. Together, we’ll map out your next design steps, refine your project narrative, and explore workflow strategies that support your progress. This is your opportunity to receive independent, unbiased advice from someone who understands both academic and professional design standards. Who It’s For •Architecture & design students preparing end-of-year reviews or major submissions •Graduates developing competition entries or portfolio projects •Junior professionals seeking external critique to refine design direction or workflow What You’ll Get •A 90-minute live Zoom workshop focused on your project •Feedback on up to three design challenges or a full project critique •Honest, independent advice from a practising architect with professional experience •A follow-up written summary with prioritized actions to improve your project Outcomes After the session, you’ll walk away with: •Clearer understanding of strengths and weaknesses in your project •Practical feedback on up to three specific design challenges •Strategic advice for narrative development and design direction •Suggestions for workflow improvements Session Format •Duration: 90 minutes •Platform: Microsoft Teams Meeting •Preparation: Please share your project mate in advance via a cloud link, along with a short note on the issues or goals you’d like to focus on •Review Process: We’ll review your project live during the call, discussing either your chosen design issues or conducting an overall critique Important Notes •This is a coaching and advisory session, not a design service. I will not produce drawings, visuals, or redesign your project for you. •Feedback focuses on design strategy, narrative, and workflow — not the completion of project tasks. •You are responsible for applying the advice in your academic or professional work. •Your materials must be shared at least 24 hours before your session so I can prepare effectively. •Files will be deleted 7 days after the session unless otherwise agreed.

Personal Coaching – Project Critique and Advice (90-minute 1:1 session) By booking this session, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Nature of Service •This is a professional coaching and advisory service, intended to provide feedback and strategic advice on your design project. •The focus may include up to three specific design issues you highlight, or a general critique of your project. •This is not a design production service, I will not create drawings, visuals, or redesign your project. •This is not a technical support service or software tutorial. •Feedback will address design direction, narrative development, and workflow strategies, not the technical execution of project tasks. •You will receive guidance, advice, and recommendations based on your submitted issue and software setup. Client Responsibility •You are responsible for preparing and sharing project materials in advance via a secure cloud link. •You are responsible for applying the advice given and determining how best to incorporate it into your work. •You confirm that any files shared during booking are your own or that you have permission to use and share them. File Sharing and Data Handling •Files must be submitted via client-managed cloud links. •Files will be deleted within 7 days of the session unless explicitly requested otherwise. Cancellations or Rescheduling •Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. •Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed sessions are non-refundable. •If a technical issue arises on my side, you will be offered a rescheduled slot at no extra cost. Confidentiality •Any project information or files you share will remain confidential and will not be distributed or used for any purpose outside the training. •No project details, files, or discussions will be shared with third parties. •Sessions may not be recorded, copied, or redistributed by the client without prior written consent. •All advice, guidance, and training provided remain the intellectual property of RFWORKSPACE. Liability •The training content is advisory in nature and is provided “as is” for educational purposes only. •RFWORKSPACE creates training content with professional care, but makes no guarantees regarding project outcomes, performance, or results from its use. •RFWORKSPACE accepts no liability for project errors, losses, or damages arising from the application of the information shared.
