Terms and Conditions
Corporate Training – Studio Training Courses (on-demand learning) By booking this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Nature of Service •This service is a bespoke training product, developed for your studio’s workflows, standards, and branding. •The course content, structure, and number of modules will be agreed in writing before production. •Additional updates or expansions can be commissioned separately. Pricing & Invoicing •A project fee will be agreed based on scope, complexity, and required content. •A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking and begin development. •The remaining balance is due upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery & Access •Courses are delivered as pre-recorded video content hosted securely online. •Your studio will receive a dedicated access link, or files for internal hosting if preferred. •Access is for internal studio use only, unless additional licensing is arranged. Timelines •A project timeline will be agreed at the outset, with clear milestones for review and delivery. •Client feedback at each stage (outlines, drafts, final content) is required to stay on schedule; delays may extend delivery. Cancellations & Refunds •Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun. •If cancelled after development has started, partial fees may apply for work completed. •If delivery cannot be fulfilled on our side, all fees paid (including deposit) will be refunded in full. Intellectual Property & Use •All training content remains the intellectual property of RFWORKSPACE. •The client receives a perpetual licence for internal staff training and onboarding. •Redistribution, resale, or external sharing is not permitted without written agreement. File Sharing & Data Handling •Client files must be submitted via client-managed cloud links. •Files shared will be deleted within 7 days unless requested otherwise, and no project data will be reused or shared beyond course delivery. Confidentiality •Any project information or files you share will remain confidential and never used outside the training. Liability •The training content is advisory in nature and is provided “as is” for educational purposes only. •RFWORKSPACE creates training content with professional care, but makes no guarantees regarding project outcomes, performance, or results from its use. •RFWORKSPACE accepts no liability for project errors, losses, or damages arising from the application of the information shared.
