These sessions focus on raising the baseline of software fluency across the group, aligning drawing and modelling standards, and resolving workflow bottlenecks that often slow down delivery. Rather than generic tutorials, your team receives targeted training rooted in the realities of architectural practice — from managing BIM models and graphics to producing coordinated drawings and visuals. Each session is shaped around your current projects, ensuring participants leave with practical skills and shared clarity on how to deliver more efficiently together. Session Format •Duration: 2 hours •Group size: 3–10 attendees •Platform: Microsoft Teams Meeting •Preparation: Complete the intake form 48h before the session, outlining workflows, pain points, and software used •Curriculum: Tailored to your projects, covering beginner–intermediate levels in design, modelling, graphics, and rendering software What You’ll Get •Custom group curriculum designed around your studio’s workflows and current challenges •Practical, project-focused training, not generalist theory •Collective feedback during the session with targeted action points for each participant •A written post-workshop summary highlighting agreed recommendations and next steps Important Notes •This is a coaching and training programme, not a design service. I will not produce drawings, visuals, or redesign your project. •Workshops are tailored to beginner to intermediate software skill levels. Please provide your team’s current workflows and objectives in advance. •Teams are responsible for applying the advice given and determining how best to integrate it into their projects. •Materials must be shared at least 48 hours in advance to allow adequate preparation. •Files will be deleted 7 days after the workshop unless otherwise agreed.

Corporate Training – Team Training Workshops (2-hour group session) By booking this session, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Nature of Service •This is a professional coaching and training service, solely for educational purposes and advisory in nature. •This is not a design or production service. I will not create drawings, models, or visuals on your behalf. •Workshops focus on improving architectural software skills, workflows, and team alignment. •Sessions are tailored to real project contexts and team needs, addressing pain points and workflow efficiency. Scope & Limitations •Advice is based on the workflow, materials, and objectives you provide. You remain responsible for how this advice is applied in your professional work. •No guarantee is made regarding results, project outcomes, or performance improvements. Booking & Participants •The base booking covers a minimum of 3 participants. Up to 10 participants total may be added via the booking add-on. •Attendance beyond the confirmed number is not permitted. File Sharing and Data Handling •Files must be submitted via client-managed cloud links. •Files will be deleted within 7 days of the session unless explicitly requested otherwise. •No project data will be reused, shared, or stored beyond the duration and purpose of the session. Cancellations or Rescheduling •Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. •Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed workshops are non-refundable. •If a technical issue arises on my side, a rescheduled session will be offered at no extra cost. Confidentiality •Any project information or files you share will remain confidential and will not be distributed or used for any purpose outside the training. •No project details, files, or discussions will be shared with third parties. •Sessions may not be recorded, copied, or redistributed by the client without prior written consent. •All advice, guidance, and training provided remain the intellectual property of RFWORKSPACE. Liability •The training content is advisory in nature and is provided “as is” for educational purposes only. •RFWORKSPACE creates training content with professional care, but makes no guarantees regarding project outcomes, performance, or results from its use. •RFWORKSPACE accepts no liability for project errors, losses, or damages arising from the application of the information shared.
